  Dark garnet color in the glass, fairly clear looking. Nose of cocoa powder, cherries and plums. Flavors of plums, cherries and berries. Medium acidity, full resolved tannin, full bodied. Drink now.

  August 29, 2020 - This bottle was excellent. Have had some issues with my latest previous bottles (from another case). It is an excellent merlot that is at level with premium Pomerol wines. However, strong raisiny, oxidized on the nose when opened. I thought that this bottle was flawed, or severely degraded like some previous bottles. After some time in the opened bottle, it only leaves å slight raisiny smell, but does this is not reflected in the flavours. Excellent full bodied merlot with plum, cherry, bramble, blackberry on the nose and flavour. Good acidity, long aftertaste. Merlot doesn't get much better than this unless you spend a fortune.
