December 3, 2022 - UGC 2019 Singapore (Singapore): Had this wine 4 or 5 times at two different tasting within a week or so. Again an excellent showing at the UGC with very good length and a depth I did not see in the other Pauillac. A touch of sweetness on the mid palate. Superb Pichon Lalande. 95

December 1, 2022 - Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux 2019 Vintage Tasting, Singapore: Tasted at UGC Bordeaux 2019 tasting in Singapore.
Very nice. Deep darker fruits of cassis, plum and blueberries along with a really lovely sweeter oak/cedar woody note. Touch of cigar box too. One I absolutely hope I can revisit when fully matured.
Scored because it is already showing well. This will absolutely improve with further age and maturity and has excellent potential. Anticipated range 92-95.2 people found this helpful Comment -

December 1, 2022 - Beautiful fresh floral, mixed black, blue and red berries, graphite, balanced oak, earthy, dark chocolate loads of sweet and pungent spices. Full bodied and backward at the moment. Focused and layered. Very long mineral finish. One of the stars of the vintage.

November 26, 2022 - International Congress of Chinese Cuisine and Wine 2022 Masterclasses (Goodwood Park Hotel, Singapore): Medium ruby. Pencil lead on the nose, silky tannins tannins and long finish. Will reward a long wait in the cellar.

November 26, 2022 - Lalande tends to be a compelling wine and in 2019 it continues the tradition of being amazeballs. Lilac, red and blue fruits, smooth supple tannin, 70% Cab Sav, 20%Merlot and 10% Cab Franc was my guess and almost spot on. This wine has everything you could want in a left bank Bordeaux. Pauillac superstar of the vintage. Come get some!
