November 25, 2023 - Bone dry. Brooding. Even with food did not settle. Too early

October 15, 2023 - Similar to Jeff Leve's notes. As his review, nose of white narcissus flower, black cherry, licorice, warm spice, and burnt/smoke notes. In the mouth, these aromas persist with black cherry and white narcissus flowers dominating along with a slight cooked bread effect on the persistent finish. Fruity notes grow as the wine opens. Great concentration. Fine, grainy tannins lead to a smooth drinking experience. Really good. Similar to the Mangot 2020 but more accessible and less closed. I can see truffle aromas developing as this wine ages.

March 29, 2022 - Dark in color, the wine pops with little effort due to all of its flowers, perfectly ripe black-cherries, licorice, spice, dark chocolate and smoky aromatics. Opulently textured, with silky-tannins, vibrancy, length and purity, this beauty is going to provide fabulous drinking for at least 15 years. And it sells for a song. This is a wine you can purchase by the case! Drink it young, or age it for a few years. Drink from 2023-2035.

January 13, 2022 - 93 vvPunkte (14.5%, verkostet am im Dezember 2021 in Windisch). Dichtes Rubin. 2024-2040. vvWine.ch

September 8, 2021 - Has a cool, yet concentrated feel, vertical structure and a bright fruit. Tannin is very present and stays long. Too young, but this will arrive, I am sure. 90+ point
