March 13, 2022 - I had to drink one of these as I keep buying them each vintage and never had one. This is young, but I dont think this can take 20+ years of cellaring as I do with vintage chmpagne. 100% Pinot Meunier brought a crisp mid palate, apple and touch of citrus and soft dough notes underlying each sip. I suggest 5-8 more years of cellaring for prefection, but not past that. This was damn good, the mag went down fast and I will continue to buy every vintage I can

October 20, 2021 - At home, for the six members of my book club. The second one i've opened. Excellent, lots of complex aromas and flavors, bubbles didn't quit even after five hours. Interesting that it's petite meunière. Looking forward to trying the other vineyard and the new ones due soon.
