October 22, 2020 - Early mature, slight bricking but purple core. Lovely classic Pessac, rust, iron and woody herbs. This is a delicious mature, reasonably priced Bordeaux.

August 7, 2017 - Silky mouthfeel with cigar, herbs, and cedar. This bottle aged well, though it's on the decline.

January 21, 2014 - Yes, cigar box all over the place, and plenty of tannins turning to dust that leave a finish in the front palate. But c'mon folks ... this is not a 90 point wine! It has the qualities of an OK wine from a Not-Very-OK year. In other words, missing the fruit in both the front and the finish, that make it delectable.

May 26, 2008 - Glorious wine from a lesser vintage. Not quite up to the standards of the 2000 but a great effort. Classic Bordeaux but riper than expected.
