December 18, 2022 - $19 from LB. Surprised to see notes saying it could use a few more years given the age - but lets find out:
Nose: Red fruit, cedar, and a range of Rhone notes - herbal and meaty. Dusty earthiness.
Palate: Tastes ready to me! Well balanced acid, pleasant tannins, cherry, wood/cedar, and meat. That same dusty note from the nose, which I was not expecting but don't mind. -

June 6, 2021 - I agree with OLDWORLDDRINKER below, and would say make sure to let it at and open/decant for a minimum of 2 hrs prior. Elegant, pretty wine but very closed - helped by oxygenation.
