March 31, 2024 - Similar to previous notes- Bordeaux blend, predominantly Cab probably with Syrah, nice concentration, dark fruits some fine grain tannins, great value from a good producer

December 21, 2023 - I opened my bottle and I poured. My initial reaction was that the 2018 Robert Craig Cuvee was a fruit bomb. After an hour the wine began to close down. It was tightly wound and very savory. On evening two no change. I would hold this bottle for at least five years, or drink it very quickly upon opening. I'm not sure that it is worth $43 a bottle.

October 14, 2023 - This was really good, but needed time to open up. Much better on day 2. Blackberry, raspberry and cassis with chocolate, licorice, leather, and faint hints of spice. Not super sophisticated, but it drinks well above its price-point.

February 19, 2023 - Decanted 30 minutes as seemed rather muted on opening. Decant helped but overall a bit reticent. Dark red fruit, blackberry, bit of cocoa, earth underneath. Tannin well integrated, good balance. Some nice richness, but it never quite shines or develops real interest, nice enough--sort of damning with faint praise.

October 18, 2022 - PNP. Nutty cocoa, blackberry, and boysenberry on the nose. Smooth, dry, somewhat astringent palate. Firm tannins on the medium long finish.
