  June 28, 2023 - Probably a medium level bottle, but has held up very well. Solid structure with plenty of tannins remaining.

  December 3, 2021 - Not profound but a lovely, round, fully mature right bank Bordeaux (90% Merlot, 5% Cab Sauvignon, 5% Cab Franc) that is a joy to drink. 90 minute decant a must but bottle is stupid heavy so hold on tight. Will likely hold for a few years but probably slightly past peak now so drink up.

  April 18, 2021 - Stood up, opened for about an hour, but did not decant. Fully mature, probably slightly past peak. Deep, dull ruby core with garnet edges. Aromatics and flavors show old chopped mint, dried red currant, stewed plum, cooked cherry, left over crushed raspberry, old cigar tobacco, stale chocolate, and crusty dirt. Structure in tact, but fruits are fading. Medium finish. Enjoyed with grilled rack of lamb. Drink within the next year.
