March 25, 2024 - I opened this with the expectation of somehow comparing it to the uniqueness of the Beta cab offerings. It's a pretty standard chardonnay (light acid, creamy, some minerality, low-medium fruit) without anything that stands out enough that would make me wait for it to be released again.

March 17, 2024 - A nice chardonnay. I'm not a very experienced drinker of this varietal, so can't comment on its relative merits, but I enjoyed it - which is more than I can say for most chardonnay I've tried!

November 18, 2023 - Finishing up the remnants of last night’s bottle. Similar toasty opening note with apple, lemon curd, honeysuckle and vanilla. Rich texture, with flavors of pear, lemon oil, vanilla and toast. Excellent.
