March 12, 2016 - Opened up a bottle last night. Lots of sediment. Strained. Still drinks very smooth, opened up after 30 minutes.
It smells like red currant and raspberry. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.
July 27, 2008 - Really enjoyable fruit forward syrah. Some pepper undertones on the palate and a bit of oak. Nice expressive nose full of dark fruits upon opening but that changed to all alcohol after being open for awhile. Didn't impact the enjoyability of the wine though. Still enough structure to last a while longer.
March 1, 2008 - CSCA: blackberry & coffee; med. bod, nice glass.
January 17, 2008 - Beautiful bing cherry nose with a nice, supple oak finish. A delightfully drinkable bottle of wine.
January 7, 2008 - Much better than expected. Very smooth, very full, lots of pepper.
June 28, 2007 - Expresive Syrah nose with notes of plum, almond, and dates. Toasted almonds in mouth, light texture, medium to full body. Long finish. Very oaky.
