July 29, 2023 - Tasted after a 30 minute decant.
Pale to medium ruby in colour with initial aromas of earth transitioning to lovely, floral red fruit. On the palate, light to medium bodied tart & juicy red fruit, strawberry & red cherry, somewhat floral, medium acidity, low tannins with a medium finish to slightly spicy strawberry purée & a hint of chalky minerality. Nice light & fresh wine for a warm summers day!
October 30, 2022 - Quite closed on the nose, needs a 30 minute decant to bloom. Nose is lovely, with dark cherries, herbs, and something like dried leaves. The palate is fine but doesn't show the complexity of the nose, feels like its trending towards flat. I'd drink these while they're still somewhat lively, if i had more.

July 10, 2022 - Red fruit (cherry, slight raspberry), spice, nice herbal, floral, good acidity. Really bright and enjoyable. Lingering finish. Really enjoyable.
July 3, 2022 - Almost Tavel like color in glass. Peppery red fruit with some gravelly scents. This is very light bodied and the aroma is somewhat subdued also. Drinks more like a rosé. Fascinating stuff that is also tasty. Wouldn't fill the cellar with these but certainly enjoyable on a hot day.
March 8, 2022 - P&p; drinking well right away. Earthy, mushroom, juniper, spicy, floral, cherrylike red fruit sorts of aromas. Excellent acidity. Like pie cherries and hibiscus. Sappy/herbaceous bitterness toward the finish, quite appetizing. Tasty, fun, characterful wine.
January 29, 2022 - Pure sour cherry goodness, some herbal aspect too. Not a complex wine, but a delicious one, and has a great place at the table as a light bodied 11.5% wine.

January 8, 2022 - dark burgundy, slight opacity. nose is tart, floral, earthy. palate is tart with sour cherry, cranberry, and mineral notes. soft in texture, light to med in body, low alcohol, tame but pleasant. very quaffable.
