April 17, 2024 - Medium lemon in color. The reduction from its younger days have worn down, leaving an exclusive Puligny-like nose of sweet spicy oak, lemon peel, smoke and butterscotch.
Wonderful nerve and concentrated fruit flavors of lemon and rocky minerals. Long bone-dry finish.
The only thing holding this back from being an absolute top notch wine is the complexity, it could have had some more detail. Then again its not even a single vineyard, so kudos to Julian on an outstanding village wine🙏

September 25, 2023 - Excellent Chardonnay with crisp overall feel.
Bouquet is dominated by citrus fruits, some lime an yuzu. The palate is fresh and long at the same time with a good overall balance. I think it will age gracefully for another decade.

November 25, 2022 - 醒酒一个半小时，淡金黄色，闻香有一丝烟熏，芝麻香，柑橘和核果的香气，入口酸度很高，是三支同时登场的白葡萄酒里酸度最高的，酒液很咸，感觉结构很挺阔，咸矿石的口感，青柠混合着白花的香气，酒体很干净，如饮清泉，余味是柑橘和白花，还有淡淡奶油饼干的味道。
October 5, 2022 - Apple, citrus and elevage notes. Quite high acidity, good density and length, still young and needs some more years to be fully approachable. Very Burgundian in its making.
May 29, 2022 - 开瓶即饮，淡柠檬色，闻香有酒泥接触的还原味，白芝麻香气，柠檬，金桔和金银花的香气，入口酸度很高，很通透的感觉，酒液非常咸，矿物感强烈，口中是烤芝麻，白花，金桔，柚子皮和淡淡桃子味，后段有白花带来的辛辣，植物的微苦绷紧了酒体，展现出更加漂亮的结构。喝起来似乎比昨天的双鸡 Clavoillon 还要 Puligny-Montrachet 一些。在苏打饼干的余味中收尾，伴随着淡淡花香和柑橘类水果，口中生津不止。随着醒酒时间的增加，酒的口感更加油滑一些，芝麻和面包的香气更加明显，同时保持着鲜活的酸度和果香，能感觉得出来用桶很精巧。没有橡木桶的浓郁渲染和热带水果的华丽，酒更多走的是矿感结构路线，同时又保持了恰到好处的果实成熟度，并不会让人有生涩的乏味感。有时甚至还有一丝喝雷司令的感觉，水晶般干净的酒体，如饮清泉。一款风格鲜明的霞多丽，足够有记忆点。

November 18, 2021 - Citrus, apple, smoke and yeast, a real youngster, primary and tasting like a vin nature. Some elevage barrel notes. Like it a lot this evening and pretty different impression as with the one I had some months ago.
July 9, 2021 - A mix of lemon, floral and toasted, caramel notes. Not yet fully together, I hope that the toasted caramel notes will integrate better. Not bad, even quite good, but not fully harmonious.
March 28, 2021 - Nydelig duft av kalkmineraler, integrert fat, modne gule epler og lime. Ung vin med nydelig syre, "saltiness", gule frukter i smaken. Meget lovende og en strålende tysk Chardonnay.
