May 22, 2022 - Apple, slight citrus - lemon, salinity, almond, honey, slight oxidized, bright acidity. Lingering finish. Really enjoyable.

January 2, 2022 - Nutty and salty. Balanced fruit. A wonderful long acidic finish. Great.

September 9, 2021 - This has been in the glass for three hours. It has a much stronger aroma than the Fumey & Adeline Chatelain Chardonnay Arbois poured along side it. This was quite intense on first pour, but did mellow after a few hours, though still offering a heavy richness with a lot of elegance. The notes are definitely saline, seaweedy, but a very pretty variety... some petals covered in pollen... overall very luxurious, and thick aromas that I find very compelling and completely overshadow the Fumey & Adeline Chatelain next to it. It's really creamy and luscious on the palate, with a full body, though expressing tons of acidity to counterpoint that... lots of preserved lemon as well. The finish really hits hard with a wallop of acidity as well, but again has mellowed since the pop and pour. The preserved lemon also lingers long on the finish. The primary thing I'm left with at the end, a minute after finishing, is a roundness of creamy lemon... it's pretty rich and decadent, like a lemon meringue pie. These wines generally age indefinitely, and this will go right along with that. This doesn't have quite the intensity of the 2014, but the '14 was the best young Bourdy I have had... this is pretty close behind, so I'll need to add some to the cellar to drink when I'm 90. Left a bit in the bottle and this was drinking identically two days later.

September 1, 2021 - Aprikos, nøtter og honning. Litt moden følelse, lett oksidert. Enkelt og greit og alltid veldig nice.

July 8, 2021 - Very good, long and savory. Oxidized notes of nuts, apples, and slight cinnamon stick. Still holding up on day 2
