July 1, 2022 - Bill & Crew - Offline #2 - Hartsyard Farewell: Earthy, peppery, violets and some light stalks. Tight and coiled still, quite youthful with red fruits mixing well with the earthy characters and with plenty of structure in place. Significantly better than a recent 2004.

December 29, 2012 - Outstanding, all what Cote Rotie should be. Wonderful fruit with a perfect acid backbone, very complex, Chapeau !

May 14, 2007 - 2007 France Trip - Vernay, Levet, Clusel-Roch, Jasmin (Northern Rhone): The basic cuvee had a similar profile to the 2005 Chavaroche, but was a touch greener and more tannic.
