December 12, 2020 - Deep dense glass-staining purple in colour. The nose reminds me carbonic macerated wines. Good acidity, low tannins, crunchy ripe black fruit. Serve it slightly chilled outdoors in the spring and summer and you'll go through the bottle in no time
