October 23, 2022 - Pale yellow color. Lemon, pear, honeysuckle, floral notes and melon with lively acidity and a bite as it moves around your palate. Big steely notes with some tartness. Definitely cuts through any decadent, rich foods.
p.s. bacon wrapped grilled southwestern chicken with green beans. -

August 24, 2021 - Big aromas of orchard fruit and floral accents. Delicious pear with medium body and mouth coating flavors. Nice kick of acidity. This is a mouth watering wine. I'll try to hold off for a few more years before finishing the rest.
