January 13, 2023 - This bottle showed the northern Rhone blanc style, the fantastic aroma, stong hint of black pepper in the midle of tasting, the bitter taste, and the long finish.

December 2, 2018 - Deep and dark golden yellow. Intense and expressive nose with plenty of ripe, yellow stone fruit, ripe exotic fruit (mango, pineapple) and spicy notes (tumeric, mace and warm earth). Very dense and voluminous on the palate, full body, plenty of extract, noticeably high alcohol. Despite all this superlative, the wine is fun because of its tightly woven carpet of aromas, it dresses the whole mouth, is complex and long on the tongue. You do not drink a bottle of it solo, but with a friend you have good conversation and the food is more than a glass.
