August 18, 2023 - Not the most complex but the purity of flavours here is something. Dominant aroma is super sour pomegranite and cherry, with second fiddle to gravel, red plum, violet, maybe some herbs? I really love assertive red fruit flavours and they are here in spades.
Palate has juicy, almost overwhelming acid, which my canker sore was not fond of. Tannins are chalky but not super prominent, and alcohol (13%!) is in check. Moderate finish. Nice palate but needs food.
Think the value of this is about right. Not sur I get the northern Rhône notes others are raving about. I see this having the structure to age at least another five years, but don't know if there will be a lot of tertiary development. -

October 2, 2022 - Vraiment très beau, nez très expressif de fruits rouges, épices et jus de viande. En bouche l'acidité est med+, avec des tannins soyeux.
