  April 28, 2023 - Decanted with much sediment, dark dark ruby red, served after only 45 minutes of breathing, big at outset despite being tightish (decanted & sampled prior to serving), nose includes raspberry and black cherry, after serving - big grapy flavor flowing smoothly through the mouth

  November 19, 2022 - Deep deep purple. Concentrated but smooth. Medium tannin and acid, intense dark fruits/berries, some leather and Syrah-like notes. A somewhat strange orange note on the nose but it works! Unique and certainly stands up to the heaviest of meals. Definitely needs some air but eminently drinkable now.

  October 20, 2022 - Very dark and inky, very smooth. I decanted for 2 hours. The wine has a bit of pepper, with a slight fruit forward taste.
