January 1, 2013 - Had this at a friends home Sunday night. She vinturid, and we couldn't identify the varietal at first. Some cherry and strawberry aromas, faint. Light bodied and smooth, almost no tannin/acid, some thought this was a merlot. Pleasing flavor of rasberry and strawberry, smooth as silk. After an hour, some light Oregon funk started coming on. Drink now, believe this is past its prime.

April 19, 2008 - Nose of cherry, earth, along w/violet floral notes..quite nice. The wine is still young, initial tartness once the wine hits the tongue, with a cherry finish, refined and complex. Should continue to improve over the next 3-4 years, I would guess. This wine is much improved over 6 months ago, when initially tasted. A cool vintage pinot, refined and light bodied. Tasted at the winery, in Oregon pinot noir stemware.
