  April 12, 2024 - Great night with friends at Acquerello. A bit more lean and herbaceous than other vintages, but always a wine I enjoy. Quite closed at the moment, but will be interesting to see how it ages in the future.

  December 30, 2023 - Med+ intensity, sweet pea, red cherry, strawberry, moca, ginseng, perfume, quality oak. developing. On the palate, dry, high acidity, med+ alcohol, med+ dusty tannin, med+ body, med+ intensity, toast, red plum, red cherry, med+ finish with coconut and sweet spices notes.

  December 24, 2023 - Seems not to give a lot away at this stage. Nose muted, color more brown-red. Taste is deep, some oak. Medium lenght. Compared to Berandinga riserva 2018, this came out short.

  November 18, 2023 - Stand up tasting. On the sturdy side, lots here, plenty of red cherry throughout with a long, firm finish. Needs time.

  November 18, 2023 - This is a note of a 2nd Night tasting...
  
  Cork in bottle over night, no vac u vin rubber extraction 'cork' used.
  
  N...probably more intense than the 1st night; lots of dusty wood again; plenty of alc whiff (too much? out of balance?), a weird slight medicinal character.
  
  C....no change from 1st night notes
  
  T....rounder and softer than 1st night but still good structure, plus some tension; everything seems in balance, some elegance even; good length and power, which suggests some cellar potential, maybe mature at 8 yrs?; a lovely glass of Chianti at just 4 yrs old; some coffee, some bitter dark chocolate, a bit of chewy oak, no annoying tannins, plenty of fruit, it seems from a successful season/vintage; the style is near-Dry; it seems both a dry Quaffer but at the same time a Foodie wine too.
  
  VFM?....costs £20.00 yet drinks/feels like a £40.00 wine. Utter bargain. I'm buying more of this 2019, and any reportedly good vintage since.
