    August 8, 2021 - This is some serious juice. Almost ready but def better with a 3 hour decant. Strong smells, dark rich purple coloring. Fruit are primarily blue and blackberry. Tannins need more time. Graphite/mineral throughout. There is no doubt where the berries are from in St. Helena as you can taste Las Piedras and Dr. Crane. I am assuming that this will be much better on day 2. It's a memorable experience!
