December 26, 2022 - Belle robe et légère teinte orangée. Les tanins ont disparus pour laisser un jus de raisins croquants et fruité. Les cerises et petits fruits rouges sont à leur meilleur. A boire maintenant!

August 26, 2022 - Worked for a dinner party, but we drank this too early. Almost came off as fruity with subtle notes of mineral and spice. Revisit in a decade imo.

May 17, 2022 - 병브리딩 30분. 시도니우스 르썹텐으로 마심. 검고 붉은 과일 아로마가 잔잔하고 우아하게 계속 피어난다. 너무 강렬하지 않지만 계속해서 생각나는 은은한 향이 굉장히 매력적이다. 지금도 너무 좋지만 최소 5~6년은 더 좋을 것 같다. 2병이 남아 있는데, 남은 두병은 시간을 좀 더 두고 마셔야 겠다. 양갈비와 무척 잘 어울렸다.

The tannins are resolved, so the question is of the tannins will last long enough to see the fruit evolve. But great pleasure now
