  June 22, 2022 - Interestingly on day 1, this was pretty closed off. Or at least not offering much. The description below Of “unripe” felt very apt. We had a busy few days and therefore didn’t return until day 3, and it was transformed. Red fruit and citrus, a leesy creamy texture, and good acid and minerality. The bottle I had said “MM19” on the back so I am guessing 2019 bottling?
