January 28, 2023 - 刚开瓶香气就颇为热烈，轻微还原，很多芒果之类的热带果，柑橘和些许桃杏味，饱满又细腻，果味为底，渗透着板栗、香草冰淇淋的味道，中后段开始花香飘摇，茉莉、白玫瑰以及橙花精油，颇为优雅。入口酸度高，托住整体，口腔扩散，酒体较大，颇为饱满，集中度不错，萃取多，舌面酥麻，此时整体还比较紧。柑橘、柠檬皮、柚子、油桃和热带果为主，带着榛子、板栗之类的油润感，通体有着很多的矿物，收尾还有些香料感，此时稍微还有点灼热。
20-30分钟后，香气变得更为享乐，果味被包裹在焦糖爆米花、香草冰淇淋和饼干中，整体通透感不错，各种浮动着橙花、金银花、茉莉和玉兰之类的花香。口感稍显开放，变得柔润而清澈些，表达上更为流畅和平衡，先前的轻微灼热和苦感也消退了，转化为淡淡的木质调。
2-3小时瓶醒后，香气和口感都融合上升到了一个新的层次，香气中的奶油柠檬挞、芝麻和板栗同菠萝、柠檬、油桃之类的果味全然交融在一起，白花丛摇曳，释出缕缕花粉悠香，衔接着中后段的木质以及麝香之类的动物类香料。喝起来延展而通透，酸度突出，整体平静均衡，舒展优雅，花香的表现又有点小家碧玉的灵秀俏皮，麝香和微燃的檀香多了一丝诡谲和华丽，收尾颇长。96+/100 -

March 24, 2022 - Mouchonnat Annual Off-Tasting - Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Beaune): Walk around tasting. Floral and spiced start with a ripe and intense orchard fruit-driven nose. Dense, very ripe and powerful, while also impeccably balanced - a rare accomplishment this young. Great already now, but better 2026 forward. Even better today vs yesterday.

March 23, 2022 - Les Tontons Trinqueurs Tasting (Meursault): Walk around tasting. Dense, ripe and powerful, while also cheerful and bright. Robust and broad array of orchard fruit everywhere. Better 2026 forward.
