August 31, 2022 - I think it is from drinking so many New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs lately this hot summer, but this was definitely a nice change of pace (ie. No cat pee or passion fruit or bell pepper). It had nice citrus notes and a crisp mineral finish. Its relative simplicity made this great with Korean fried chicken, kimchi, and side dishes which had so many crazy spicy, sweet, or salty flavors. Definitely a food wine
