    August 28, 2020 - Bought Exel Wines, Perth UK £17.50 July 2020

Lovely buttery chardonnay, off-dry in style, some minerality, not the most complex white burgundy out there but plenty to like here. Good value, too.

N....buttery oak, toffee, roasted hazlenut, med+ intensity, charming

    C....advanced straw

T....ripe apple, oak, toffee, quince, more chalky/limestone minerals than I was expecting for a sub-£20 white burgundy; near-dry, acid sitting nicely right now at 3 yrs old, brooding powerful core here; drink as quality Quaffer or Foodie style, it covers both. Not mature.

VFM?....feels £20, costs slightly less. Buy again in better vintages than France's frost-affected 2017.
