September 8, 2009 - I haven't had this in several years, but was talked into getting by a merchant. A little carbonation clings to the glass. Has some of the crisp citrus and tropical fruit and a little minerality like a Sauvignon Blanc, but with a much creamier texture. Light bodied and simple, I liked this better with food (mahi mahi in this case).
