August 3, 2021 - One of the better rosé wines I've had. Great acidity combined with fine concentration of fruit and a very smooth mineral finish. Harmonic and balanced, which a lot of rosé wines lack as I see it ;)

Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good British Rosé made from Pinot Noir. Drink now or over the next year. Goes well with fish, poultry, salads or shellfish.
