Golden colour making you think it may be quite rich, deep and ripe elements.
No real NW sauv blanc nose and rather neutral in some ways.
Has ripe elements but also a sharper freshness on finish

June 12, 2021 - Medium straw in color. Slightly effervescent. Smoke and caramel on the nose. Apricot pastry on the muted palate. A bit disjointed but pleasant.
