March 23, 2024 - Excellent balance elegance & purity! Plenty of depth w/ suave red fruit, mineral, spice & weightless energy. What a great producer! Drink now & enjoy or, age worry free. Kind of wish they'd do something to make this higher end cuvee stand out more on the label from the basic Dundee Hills. 13% alc. Slow-oxed in Burg glasses & btl 3hrs prior to diner. Great with pan seared Ahi in our cast iron.

March 14, 2024 - Leaner and tart with Cranberry.ok, but below my expectations

January 14, 2024 - Aromas of cranberry, dark cherry, beef bouillon, a little red curry, tangerine, lime and pine forest, touches of sweet pistachio and airy vanilla... Tense and tart, surprisingly full, acid is not particularly high for Arterberry-Maresh, and the fruit feels quite ripe on the mid-palate, but it has beautiful tartness and plenty of interesting green notes to offset the fruit, not to mention all the delicate salty and meaty stuff that pops up as the tangy finish fades. Feels like this is in an awkward middle stage, not so primary but not really tertiary. I should think it'll be more interesting in 3 to 5 years, but it is still beautiful today. I'll see what's up tomorrow...

Much the same on day two, but there's more green and foresty stuff on the nose, and it's a little more supple and smooth on the palate, a little more dark fruit too, there's a bit of elderberry to add to the dark cherry. Still quite tense and mineral on the finish, I love this, but I'm sure some will find it too green and earthy, not soft and fruity enough. I'd say it has a bit of a Vaucrains vibe... I'll also say that the very last sips were by far the best, more spicy and longer on the finish, which makes me think I would want to double decant this 24 hours in advance if I planned to serve it to guests anytime soon. This clearly has potential to improve many more years.

    December 31, 2023 - Nice color
sulfur, cherries, peppers and herbs to the nose high (-) intensity.
Heavy fruit, yet with a rich acidity. Very mild tannins. Taste Long. A powerful glass for a pinot.
Among the best I have tasted from Willamette Valley yet.
Still young and looking forward to se how it develops.
