April 7, 2023 - Clean, bright color. Light berries, raspberry nose. Low acid, bright fruit.

August 25, 2022 - Easy, approachable entry level Pinot Noir. Med ruby w/ a garnet hue. Med tart red cherry, red currant, cranberry, dried herbs and a touch of vanilla. Spends 10 mos. in 40% French Oak. Dry, w/ nice, crunchy fruit, med+ acidity, med tannins and med alcohol (12.5%). Med body, flavor intensity and length, w/ a sleek and smooth finish. A very nicely balanced quaff that is fine BTG or with a wide variety of appetizers, meatier fish, egg dishes, etc. Drinking well now, not intended for cellaring.

January 31, 2022 - Emanuel Dampt- the father- bought his kids Chablis Vinyards and said you are now farmers.
North of Chablis - Racineuil does not have to be 100% PN - Cersar can handle the cold more (small portion)

    Good ruby color
    Cherry one the nose
Easy tannins- very fruit across almost cough syrup on the front
Not my style - light and fruity
