  October 4, 2023 - 12th of 15. This is in a great spot now. It's one of those rare whites that I prefer at a colder temperature (closer to fridge temp). The nose is lemon curd and seashells. The palate shows the same, with a long, sappy finish. The acidity is lovely on this - a hint of citrus-like tartness - just enough to make you salivate, but not enough to make you pucker. Drink through 2029 or so.

  September 21, 2023 - Again, a crowd pleaser. Minerality, focused, some salinity and depth.

  August 11, 2023 - Short note, but here it is shorthand. I love this effin’ Albarino. I guess this aged on its lees and then aged in stainless (?) and it shows. Spry, with all the maritime saltiness (but not overly so) and then some richness texture wise. Long finish. Annual purchase.

  November 25, 2022 - 开瓶即饮，淡金黄色，闻香有香水百合一类的花香，淡淡的蜂蜜冰糖，蜜桃和热带水果的香气，刚开瓶低温下香气很轻，但非常精巧。入口线性的高酸，收口有丝丝甜感，酒液很咸，矿物感强烈，高级的花香调混合着蜜桃的果香，带着奶油味，后段轻微的白花辛辣感和一点植物微苦，恰到好处地绷紧了酒体，余味盐渍柠檬，百合花，冰糖。漂亮的结构感，比一般的 Albarino 做出了更有重量的酒体和更柔和的口感，同时又保持了品种精致的花香，酒液柔滑，风格优雅，内敛中透着一点深度。醒酒一个半小时后，随着酒温的上升，酒的香气更加开放一些，花香四溢，还多了奶油饼干的香气，口感圆润，咸奶油，百合花，桃子和蜜瓜，口中生津不止，余味也是满口花香。依然不变的是那恰到好处的克制，给人收放自如的感觉。
