February 9, 2015 - Super sweet. I like meads in general, and this is one of my favorites Not for everyone or for every occasion.

April 12, 2009 - I note that others have rated this higher, but suspect that it's the Annie Green Springs effect. The aftertaste was a bit unpleasant, but it was otherwise drinkable. My first glass was slightly cooler than room temperature, and I threw it away after drinking a few sips. After letting it sit in the fridge overnight, I tried it again, and found it tolerable. It's fine to share with friends, if the point of the get together is conversation, and they aren't too picky.

April 10, 2009 - More acidity than their regular offering that helps cut the sweetness. Very one-dimensional but tasty nonetheless.

March 17, 2008 - Holy sweetness!! I loved it, but I love the sweet stuff. The raspberry actually took a back seat to the honey, which was beautiful.

February 18, 2008 - Mead works when you can enjoy the flavors of a sweet grape wine with the added flavor of honey. The honey comes across as a distinct, non-sweet, flavor when contemplated alongside the grape wine flavors. In a wine like this, however, the honey is battling the berries, and it doesn't work. I like this wine in a cocktail sort of way. Something for a beach somewhere, but not a fine wine.

July 11, 2007 - Sweet and delicious, but the honey tasted like an afterthought where as the raspberry was by far the dominant flavor. Not incrediblyu complex, but very tasty. I could enjoy a glass but probably not more than that.

July 8, 2007 - A little bitter at first taste but that went away fairly quickly. Fun little wine that isn't overly heavy with the honey taste.

May 24, 2007 - Interesting, does taste honey-like, I think there should be more raspberry (85% honey wine, 15% red raspberry), as there is not enough acidity for the sweetness. Something different to try, though.
