  October 26, 2021 - Red flag of a clump of moldy goo at the base of the capsule, and lower than typical fill level for the age. Cork shows some signs of leakage. Gave it a shot, and the nose and initial taste is fine, quite good, but significant off-flavors on the finish. After 30 minutes of sitting and breathing, it's acceptable, but not great. This is my last of this vintage, and probably just a one-off, but if you have some stored, best to check the capsule and ullage.

  January 10, 2021 - Quite cloudy in the glass, though no flaws. Timid fruit, an almost Alpine minerality, subtle use of oak, lovely texture. Perhaps just a hair expensive for what it is, but still good quality.

  August 9, 2020 - Lush stone and citrus fruits with a touch of spice. Not super deep, but pure and delicious.

  November 27, 2019 - Aromas of papaya, candied popcorn, banana and pineapple. Flavors of papaya, mango, pineapple, citrus and touch of nut. Ends with a 30 second finish with tropical fruit notes. There was a bit of heat on this and took awhile for it to warm up. Not quite as good as the last time I had it.
