  December 5, 2020 - Light cassis/berry on the nose, enough bell pepper/oregano to make it varietally correct. Surprisingly savory on the palate: bing cherry and tomato leaf. Some raspberry.

  November 20, 2020 - Tasted at the winery. Red cherry, spice and earth notes on a very perfumed nose. Medium bodied with soft, open red cherry upfront. Good depth along with some black cherry notes through the middle. Cranberry, tart red cherry and light spice notes on the backside. This has a bit more structure to it than the 2018 and better fruit definition than the 2017. Good amount of future potential here and this may be the best since 2016. I will probably try my first from bottle in the first half of 2021 and asses whether I need a few more bottles.

  November 7, 2020 - Opened one hour in advance. Earthy aroma of red fruit. Cherry flavor up front, tart cranberry finish. Very similar in style to Loire Cab Franc. There's plenty here, but it's somewhat locked down. The current CT drinking window starts in 2022, and that sounds about right. Good potential, no score right now.

  November 6, 2020 - Pale purple color with medium legs. Nose of blackberry, sour cherry and oak. Red pepper, black cherry and plum on the palate. Long leathery finish.
