Dommage car le fruit est très beau, il possède des bons atouts, il faut simplement espérer que cette acidité se discipe. -

October 8, 2023 - Second bottle of this I open and a bit less special that the first. Maybe some bottle difference or also what we had for food around it. Acidity was a bit high but otherwise still a great Tokaji. Fun to drink and I've never seen someone not like this type of dessert wine. Tropical fruits, candied citrus and canned peaches. Still delicious but scored a bit less than last time.

April 29, 2023 - Really delicious sweet wine. Had it at a restaurant with duck liver mousse, which was an excellent pairing. Would have guessed a moderately aged Sauternes. Honeyed and sweet, but with good acidity and vivacity. Well balanced. Honeycomb and stone fruit. I've never had Tokajo Azsu before, but will be looking for more.
