April 6, 2024 - Early oak notes quickly melded into the box, which is best described as brambly red and blue fruits lying in a soft bed of balsamic wild greens with a drizzle of brown sugar.

February 2, 2023 - Really a great everyday dinner wine. Super QPR. 60% Merlot, 20% each Cab Sauv. and Cab Franc. Truly a nice blend with a lot of cooked red fruit, herbs and a touch of spice along with medium tannins. Not too sweet and seemingly versatile enough to go with many types of food. Well done.
April 17, 2022 - We enjoyed this wine with a porcini/pancetta pasta. It complemented the meal very well. Decanted for 30 minutes. Floral and herbal notes on the nose, cassis and raspberry on the palate, finishes with nicely structured tannins.

February 12, 2022 - Took an hour and a half to open up. Nose of violets and cassis. Black berries, and hot, dry fields. Tight, grippy tannins. Hints of tobacco, licorice, and pepper. I can sense the pure deliciousnesss just out of reach. It needs a few more years.
