November 25, 2021 - Medium-dense bluish-purple color. Raspberries, violets, and chalky notes on the nose. Very dry on the palate with raspberries, cherries, and chalky minerality. Firm structure leans toward the acidic, but softens a bit with brief decanting. Lingering, raspberry notes to finish. Excellent with grilled turkey on Thanksgiving.

October 15, 2021 - Eight months after the prior, and just as bright, substantial, and lovely — again and as usual, over three nights.

October 5, 2021 - Delightful young Chiroubles. Ripe but fresh with strawberries and raspberries, rose petals. Deep texture, nice tannic grip but smooth, too. Vibrant acidity is great, with tart raspberries, sour cherry fruit. Notes of violets, tar, graphite. Concentrated but gets expressive with air -- this could use at least two or three. On day two, much more mineral, floral depth.

July 5, 2021 - Strawberry bright cherry flavors dominate....
Very clean, very precise fruit ...plenty of acidity keeps it bright all the way thru...it’s a pure joyous bright fruit experience....
Great change of pace wine...excellent with a 4th of July BBQ.....
