June 5, 2023 - My first impression on pop and pour was a bit underwhelmed; clean but lacking power and energy...
However this was a slow burn. The longer this was in the glass the more interesting it became. Cherry and white pepper, very spicy. Pure red fruit. Very mineral. Shockingly tannic, chewy, firm, yet really pure. Quite fascinating wine.1 person found this helpful Comment -
