July 15, 2023 - Outstanding stuff, and truly Champagne-esque. Generous bouquet with fresh baked muffin and creamy citrus flavors. Above average persistence and a clean, dry finish. Tough to beat for the price. 5+12+16+8= 91

February 19, 2023 - An outlier bottle for us for Schramsberg. Unpleasant reductive nose that never blew off; Very toch but also a reductive element on palatte; Good bubble structure

December 25, 2022 - Nose of lemon, yeast, grass, and pear. Light and a bit of tart lemon flavors through the mouth. Smooth through the palate.

April 17, 2022 - On the nose- Ripe orchard fruit, fresh pear skin, green apples, key lime, peaches, honeysuckle, fresh crème, fresh brioche, fresh honey, wild flowers

On the palate- Ripe orchard fruit and fresh pear skin, green apples and key lime, peaches and honeysuckle, fresh crème and fresh brioche, fresh honey and wild flowers. The finish is rich and broad but tight knit with great acidity holding everything together. This is drinking KILLER now but could age another decade with no problem at all.

November 21, 2021 - 81% pinot noir,19% chardonnay. Excellent profile, lending structure to make this very food friendly. Nose has pineapple, apple, honey, brioche. Very fine bubbles bursting on palate with brioche, lemon, dried pineapple, honey suckle, and white peach. Really enjoyable and should improve with more bottle aging. We live the oxidative notes of older Scramsbergs.
