January 25, 2022 - Bright yellow green; day one this was all mineral and green herbs with austere pithy citrus showing more Sauvignon Blanc character, on day 2 this has mellowed nicely showing a nose that echoes Chablis with dusty chalk, a little bit of white and yellow flower, a kiss of bitter herb, and a creamy lactic note not quite yogurt but nicely leesy; palate enters with some weight and richness expanding on the palate but the back end shows riper apricot peach and orange citrus, pleasant tug of mineral and fresh acid, this acts like a bigger headier wine showing mid tier nobility showing nice complexity but lacking some focus, really doesn't act like your typical Sauvignon Blanc, a uniquely tasty wine of high quality and great value.

January 25, 2022 - Lots of citrus and minerals. A bit austere chilled— liked it more as it warmed up.

November 25, 2021 - Moderately intense aromas: lime, low tide, smoke. Dry, with elevated spicy acidity, less substantial than it appears at first, 12.7°. Not fruity; some bitterness. Not as intense as previous vintages.

September 16, 2021 - A Sauvignon Blanc from Burgundy? Who knew that even existed? Lovely nose of red apple, peach and limestone. Lovely texture with a nice balance of lemony acid and sweet peach fruit. Good mineral filled finish. Light on its feet, but with enough body to merit some serious contemplation.
