  October 28, 2023 - Crazy wine that needs a very long breathing time. There is only acidity and muddy aromas when it’s opened.
  Still like a black hole when the dinner started. Luckily it started to blossom in the middle of the dinner. It’s powerful, structural and balance with the aromas of leather, rose, black fruit and herbal.
  Classy wine and still young.

  August 11, 2023 - At the age of 30 years still to young! Complex nose with fruity flavors and some lovely aging flavors Lots of wonderful tannins full bodied and terrific length. Still lots of potential!

  May 29, 2022 - 开瓶即饮，淡石榴红到砖红色，闻香有酱味，焦油，干玫瑰花瓣，李子一类的果香，茴香和草药味，橡木桶的烘烤质感，入口酸度高，单宁紧致，颗粒细腻得几乎没有，铺满口腔，酒液极度咸，矿物感强烈，很少喝到这么咸，就像在喝某种TDS浓度极高的矿物质液体，余味淡淡果干和花香，香气很封闭，需要醒酒。醒酒九个小时，多了一些山楂和紫罗兰的香气，橡木桶的香草味慢慢释出，入口仍然是强烈的矿物咸，酒的结构很大，中后段多了一丝甜美，浓缩的果香，深沉的美感，后段香料辛辣，余味樱桃草莓，香草，口中生津不止。总体感觉深沉、厚重，酒只是刚刚要进入状态而已。第二天再饮，橡木桶的影响变得明显了一些，入口依然是非常紧致但细腻的单宁，咸酸过后能感觉到回甜了，李子、话梅，活泼漂亮的果香，咸橄榄一样的口感，伴随着酱味，紫罗兰，泥土气息，后段薄荷的清凉混合着辛香料，余味樱桃，覆盆子，木质香气，还有橡木桶的香草味，细腻悠长，满口留香。口感极度浓缩，令人印象深刻的集中度，香气复杂多变，葡萄一直压制着橡木桶，非常强悍，酒体始终紧绷，没有要松弛下来的迹象。第三天再饮，入口集中度和浓缩度又上一个新台阶，令人惊奇，感觉这是一支一直持续发展没有上限的酒。第四天再饮，依然保持着和前一天一样的高状态，单宁的质感更加细腻了，发展出了强劲的烟草、焦油和香料感，喝得猛一点甚至会有点呛口，但这种强悍却并不毛糙。矿物质咸过后是甘草味和漂亮的回甘，余韵婉转，山楂，红果，酸梅粉，玫瑰花瓣，还有香草味和胭脂香料。通常别的Barolo到这个时候已经快走完一个正弦曲线要归于平淡，而它却还没有任何要往下的迹象。真想喝个七天，看看它还能有多少变化，可惜今天已经一杯不剩了，毕竟面对如此佳酿，能忍到第四天才喝完容易么我。

  July 27, 2021 - Great stuff. Very classic and elegant, nice fruit and acidity. Super fresh and comes off as youthful with notes of maturity but overall drinking very well.

  December 1, 2020 - Wow, this was lovely. Faded ruby-orange moderate concentration of color; medicinal, herbal, musty, super savory, bitter root, sandal wood, very complex and heady like a musky cologne. Excellent structure, great tangy finish still, good acidity, mellowed out tannins, showing fantastically. Thought this was a high class Barolo, but not showing its age, I guessed 2001. This tied for first place for me (based on my notes and scoring).
