March 26, 2022 - Just rated above 90. Wife thought it too tart, but I thought it was a nice balance of green apple and some stone and salinity. Didn’t full coat the mouth but just enough oiliness to do the trick. Solid.
March 2, 2022 - Still drinking well!!
January 3, 2022 - Decent, but no complexity. Wife liked it more than I did.
September 11, 2021 - This wine seamed to show some added mid palate creamyness to the other restrained and beautiful elements. This was fantastic on its own and with an array of sushi.
July 26, 2021 - Nicely balanced, flavorful but restrained Oregon Chardonnay.
Flavors of green apple, lemon, ginger, stones and some salinity.
Restrained alcohol at 12.3%.
Very enjoyable and likely to get even better with some time.
Will grab some more bottles of this (although they probably won’t last)
