January 5, 2024 - Ruby red tending towards garnet. Sumptuous on the nose, characterized by a bouquet that is concentrated on ripe red and black berry fruits, and is embellished with tertiary hints of pepper, cardamom and chinotto, and liquorice and tobacco. The palate is deep and persistent, characterized by mineral nuances and a pleasant finish.

January 18, 2023 - Wanted a bit more body. However, tasty, smooth. Bitter red berry fruits with some sweetness (dry wine). Cherry, tobacco, herbs. Overall, pretty balanced body, medium weight, medium length to finish, medium slightly grainy and dusty tannins that are not dominant.

December 10, 2022 - 樱桃、红李子、栗子、甘草、烟熏、泥土和淡雅的玫瑰花香。酸度不算突出，但能维持平衡。开瓶八个小时后的单宁质感丰富且柔顺，14度的酒精被修饰的很好。整体风格圆润丰满，不过馥郁的香气在口中混杂，表现力有所下降。
