May 28, 2022 - A big takeaway from visiting Grgich Hills was that their regular Napa Cab actually ages LONGER than the Miljenkos cab. Hm.
The overextracted and concentrated style of CS. Jammy blackberry, black cherry, fresh cracked black pepper. Full bodied with high tannins. Close to being off dry. Hold for about two more years (less than the regular cab!) while the tannins settle and the condition of the fruits change.
