The wine (underneath the brett) is just fantastic: it is plush, fresh and layered (and quite tasty). The tannins are pretty firm still, but not unpleasant or drying. The acidity seems balanced to me. If I rated this today, I would give it an 86 (averaging out the brett flaw with the beautiful underlying wine) - but this would be a 93 point wine for me if the brett were not there.
