Red/chestnut color. Nose showing marinated black cherry, coffee grounds, tobacco, cherry. Plate shows apricot, fig, balsamic, chocolate. Concentrated, focused, viscous but not overly heavy. Full body, long and layered finish

September 15, 2018 - An incredible birthday dinner: Coffee, earth, cherry, tobacco and chocolate. Similar style on the palate with punchy flavours and plenty of concentration. This is viscous and dense but the acidity holds it up brilliantly. Stunning wine to finish a stunning night.
