October 28, 2023 - Attractively golden, and somehow smelled and tasted that way too. Richly textured and very saline - an unusual combination - as well as precise and refreshing. Good wine, and offered something unusual with it.

August 26, 2023 - I really like this, great play if quasi Riesling notes with freshness from carricante and altitude. This does great things with air, pop, pour, enjoy over a few hours and you won’t be disappointed, particularly for the price

November 14, 2022 - I love everything from this winery. This offering is very perfumed from the Malvasia yet maintains a nice salinity and verve with good weight too and a really long finish. There's a grassiness of celery stalk, lime pith and thyme but also a sea breeze minerality and oyster shells. The fruit combines bright citrus with yellow orchard fruit. There are also some white flower elements, again from the Malvasia. Medium plus acidity and with an intense finish of lemon and minerals. So good. Curious how this ages.

November 6, 2022 - C+K's housewarming party (Chicago, IL): Crazy weird, wacky wine, with a palate profile that is all over the place -- spicy (cloves!), volcanic reduction, herbs, all sorts of things in an almost unidentifiable mix. I'm told this gets even wackier with air and time, and I'd believe it. Love the minerality and acidity here too.
