January 6, 2023 - Leesy, mineral and rather savory with notes of mushroom and white fruit. Very malolactic as well with strong cheese rind aromas. Prominent walnut note as well. Medium to full bodied, this is a large wine.
Fine bubbles at this stage and solid acidity. -

December 17, 2022 - Crisp apple with a little spice, slightly nutty, and a yeasty finish. Quite smooth mouthfeel past the initial effervescence.

October 28, 2022 - Current Release Premium Champagne Tasting (Chicago.wine - Glenview IL): Walk around tasting. Rich start with good depth from beginning through end, but I found this slightly more "extra" brut that I'd prefer, resulting in a more dry, bitter finish that detracted from the wine's potential luxury.
